Seitokai Yakuindomo Movie S01

The Ousai Academy was actually an all-girls high school. Due to recent decisions, it has become a co-ed school. The first-year boys are surrounded by girls and unfortunately, Tsuda Takatoshi is one of them. Worse, Tsuda gets rejected by the student council president, Shinou Amakusa, on his first day of school, which is definitely not a good omen. Tsuda also sees the other members of the student council during the rejection and ends up being late for his class. As an apology for ruining his morning, Shinou offers Tsuda a "reason" to join the council, and Tsuda accepts, or rather is forced to accept.
